To obtain a water certification send the following information via e-mail or fax.

PIN

Number of dwelling units*

Seller's name, current address, phone number and future address

Buyer's current address and phone number, indicate if the buyer will be moving to the residence.

Seller's attorney information: name, address, phone, fax and e-mail

Buyer's attorney information: name, address, phone, fax and e-mail

Date of closing

How to return certification: mail, overnight or delivery


*City of Chicago requires a legal description for 3 dwellling units or more.


NOTE: A building registration is necessary for all buildings over 5 units.
